In the early 2000s, I worked at the San Jose Mercury News as a Senior Designer and Deputy Art Director for Business. We got an award from the Society for News Design as one of the best designed newspapers in the world during this time.

In the late 2000s I worked at the San Francisco Chronicle as a Deputy Art Director. The paper was redesigned during that time and it was very well received. Lots of fun and talented folks put that paper together.
